Shipping Policy

Delivery times for orders can vary significantly due to the complex and dynamic nature of shipping networks. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, its progress is influenced by multiple logistical factors that extend beyond any single point of control. Distance between the origin and destination is just one of many considerations. Carrier capacity, regional demand fluctuations, seasonal peaks, and environmental conditions all play a role in how quickly shipments reach their intended recipients. Typically, under standard conditions, most orders arrive within ten to twenty business days. This timeframe considers only standard business days and excludes weekends and public holidays, during which most shipping operations are limited or temporarily paused.

Occasionally, shipping networks encounter disruptions that can slow deliveries. Severe weather, sudden increases in shipping volume, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events can impact both domestic and international shipments. While we coordinate closely with our carriers to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly, some delays are unavoidable and outside our direct control. In such cases, we appreciate our customers’ understanding as carriers work to address backlogs and return to regular delivery schedules.

Because shipping conditions can change at any moment, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. Once an order is confirmed and processed, the shipping details are finalized, and delivery addresses or routing information cannot be modified. Customers are therefore encouraged to verify that all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout. Providing complete and correct address details helps carriers route packages efficiently, reduces the risk of errors, and minimizes delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

After departure from our facility, the package is handled entirely by the designated carrier. Shipments may pass through multiple distribution centers and checkpoints, each with varying workloads and operational conditions. High parcel volumes, regional demand surges, weather-related delays, or short security or verification procedures can impact delivery speed along the route. In some cases, carriers may temporarily hold packages if there are address discrepancies or additional delivery verification is required. On rare occasions, items may become unavailable after purchase; if this occurs, customers are promptly notified, and a refund is issued for the affected item.

All orders are shipped with free delivery, regardless of the total purchase amount or destination. Depending on the carrier and delivery location, a signature or recipient presence may be required. If a delivery attempt fails, carriers may attempt delivery again; however, repeated unsuccessful attempts can result in the package being returned. In such instances, the order is canceled, and the payment is refunded to the original payment method. To avoid missed deliveries, customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and plan for receipt during the estimated delivery window.

Tracking and order status can be checked at any time through our website. This feature provides real-time updates throughout processing, shipment, and transit, offering transparency and reassurance. Delays, cancellations, or issues may occur due to items being out of stock, unsupported destinations, orders requiring physical delivery to a PO Box, or payment verification problems. Incomplete or inaccurate details can also contribute to delays or cancellations.

If an order arrives incorrectly or differs from what was purchased, customers should contact our support team promptly to initiate a return and refund. Returns are also accepted for sizing concerns, although exchanges require placing a new order. Tracking information should be reviewed first if a shipment is delayed, and if the status remains unclear, the support team can assist in determining the best steps to resolve the situation efficiently.
